What You'll Do Build & Enhance Software Solutions Design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality software applications and systems Apply strong architectural and coding principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security Identify and address technical debt, improving performance, readability, and developer experience Troubleshoot and resolve defects within your team's areas of ownership Collaborate & Deliver Participate in code reviews—giving and receiving constructive feedback Plan and prioritize work to ensure consistent, reliable delivery Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly with teammates and stakeholders Support Production Systems Assist in investigating and resolving production issues during business hours Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement efforts Grow as a Technical Contributor Develop expertise in key areas and act as a resource within your team Support and mentor junior team members when needed Continuously Learn Actively build your skills, seek feedback, and embrace new challenges Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices What You Bring 2+ years of commercial software development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures Proficiency in one or more languages such as C++, C#, Python, or JavaScript Experience with web technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ) and frameworks like React, Vue.js, .NET Core, or Node.js Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) How You Work You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate:
