Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is 100% remote.

Compensation:

$67.00 - $69.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing technology solutions to ensure they meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases. This position is responsible for owning the technology solutions within their area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap andmunication of overall health and future sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design to ensure the technology solutions meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases

Lead ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platforms

Manage work direction, lead, influence, and provide feedback to other team members

Participate in staffing plans to identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide feedback for staff performance reviews

Own technology solutions within area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap andmunication of overall health and future sustainability

Drive innovation & continuous improvement

Primary Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalentbination of education and/or relevant work experience

7-10+ years of experience with application development or package software implementation

Experience with AWS, AWS-lambda, Java, Springboot, SQL, and JSF or any UI experience

Experience with Github Copilot

ious experience working in an Agile/Product Delivery model

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Desired Skills:

Established presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audience

Ability to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutions

Strong problem-solving and analysis skills

Experience working in an environment with regulatorypliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
