Candidates who can join/interview within 3 days preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Flask and FastAPI frameworks to join our team in Whippany, NJ on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications using Flask and FastAPI . Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs and microservices. Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. Strong hands-on experience with Flask and FastAPI .
