Job Description

This role is pivotal in crafting, developing, and maintaining sophisticated .NET software solutions. You'll be responsible for transforming system requirements into actionable development tasks and producing efficient, testable, and reusable code using .NET languages. Your expertise will guide the creation of high-level architectural frameworks and technical documentation to ensure robust application performance. Beyond development, you'll mentor junior developers, encouraging adherence to industry best practices and fostering a high standard of quality. Your contribution will include thorough testing and debugging of a variety of .NET applications, ensuring they meet high performance measures. You'll stay informed on the latest trends and methodologies in software project management, particularly within the maritime and logistics sectors.
Key Duties:
Designing top-tier, full-featured software. Upholding coding standards and architectural principles. Collaborating closely within a dynamic team setting. Keeping pace with current software development methodologies. Constructing technical specifications and system architecture. Performing code review and optimization. Testing and debugging diverse .NET applications. Providing mentorship to less experienced developers. The position offers a hybrid work model, necessitating reliable on-site presence in Warren, NJ. Desired Experience and Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously. Deep comprehension of progressive Software Design and Development methodologies. Up-to-date with emerging technological advancements. A critical resource for architectural decision making. Proficiency with .NET framework, Core, and C#; C++/MFC is advantageous. Exceptional understanding of object-oriented principles, threading, dependency injection, and non-synchronous processes. Required proficiency with Azure services (key vault, blobs, graph API, etc.). Advanced SQL development skills, with a strong grasp of T-SQL, database schemas, and performance optimization. Expertise with Entity Framework (both core and standard versions). Proficient in REST APIs/Web services. Thorough knowledge of Winforms.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HTML5/Javascript, jQuery, JQWidgets. Experience with Typescript and Angular.
Educational Requirement:
