TEAM LEAD / SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER
Warren, NJ (Hybrid) | $140,000 to $160,000 depending on experience This role is with a stable, global company in the maritime and logistics industry. The Senior .NET Developer will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of robust .NET applications, while also supporting and mentoring junior developers on the team. Schedule Full time, hybrid position based in Warren, NJ. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office on a daily basis. Compensation $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience. What You'll Do The Senior .NET Developer analyzes system requirements, prioritizes development tasks, and writes clean, testable code using .NET programming languages, while creating technical specifications and architectural designs. This role tests, debugs, and refactors .NET applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability, and serves as the point of escalation for architecture related activities across multiple complex projects running simultaneously. In addition to hands on coding, the Senior .NET Developer supports and mentors junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high quality coding standards, and documents development and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity. Staying current with trends in the maritime and logistics industry, as well as software development patterns and project management methodologies, is part of the role.
