SEACORP is seeking an entry level Software Engineers with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance out of its main location in Middletown, RI. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team of SEACORP and government personnel to define, design, and integrate software capabilities into complicated military systems. As a Software Engineer at SEACORP, you will be: Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of a key feature in the USS-DSW including development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems. Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions. Work on problems with defined scope, schedule, and expectations. Participate in daily scrums, 2-3 week sprints, demonstration and retrospective ceremonies. Work Includes Front and back end development.
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science.
Experience :
Preferred knowledge of C++, Java, Python, Atlassian Tool Suite, Linux. Candidate should have the ability to be a to work in a fast pace work environments. Able to collaborate with others while being able to handle independent tasking. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S.
