Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application Developer to support our customer. This role will design, develop, enhance, and support custom web applications, APIs, database solutions, and reports in a service-focused government IT environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom web applications and APIs Enhance and troubleshoot new and existing systems Develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, XML, and JSON Build reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, or similar technologies Develop and optimize SQL databases, queries, and data solutions Perform unit and integration testing Support custom business applications and document issues and resolutions Collaborate with technical teams and subject-matter experts to identify defects and enhancements Prepare technical specifications, requirements, test cases, and system documentation Provide technical support to users at multiple locations Required Qualifications 5+ years of web application development using .NET technologies or similar web technologies, including

Core, Blazor, Razor, or Python 5+ years of SQL database programming and architecture experience 5+ years of unit and integration testing experience 5+ years of experience with SSRS, Power BI, or comparable reporting technology 5+ years of experience supporting COTS and MOTS applications 5+ years of IT experience within a law-enforcement environment 3+ years of experience developing data transport or integration methods using XML or JSON Strong application troubleshooting, technical documentation, and customer-service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience developing AI agents or tools Experience with Microsoft 365, Point, Power BI, or Power Apps GitHub and/or DevOps experience PowerShell scripting and workflow automation experience Experience developing automated or manual test scripts Education A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted.
