What to Expect Tesla's Energy organization is scaling the future of sustainable power with Megapack, our utility-scale battery storage product built at Megafactory in Texas. The Quality Engineering team is standing up the next generation of real-time quality systems that detect, act on, and prevent defects the moment they occur on the production line. In this role, you will spearhead the software development that powers real-time quality at Megafactory — architecting event-driven data streams, real-time action engines, and the platforms that turn manufacturing and test data into immediate quality decisions. This is a pivotal, ground-floor role: you will lay the software foundation, patterns, and standards that future system teams will scale across Tesla Energy's growing global footprint.
