The CMDB Dashboard Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations. This role requires a strong understanding of CMDB processes, data visualization, and analytics to provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support CMDB operations and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB and related reporting tools. Identify and resolve issues related to dashboard performance and data discrepancies. Provide training and support to users on dashboard functionalities and best practices. Continuously improve dashboard designs to enhance user experience and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports, preferably in a CMDB environment. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Experience with CMDB tools and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
