We sell through DTC, wholesale, and marketplaces — which means our systems have to keep pace with a genuinely complex, omnichannel operation. NetSuite sits at the center of that operation, and we need someone who can both keep it running flawlessly today and build it out for where we're headed. The Role We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator/Developer who is equal parts systems architect, problem-solver, and hands-on builder. You'll own the health, performance, and evolution of our NetSuite instance — administering the platform day-to-day while also designing and building customizations, integrations, and automations that let a lean team operate like a much larger one. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to be the go-to NetSuite expert for a multi-channel business. This is an on-site role. What You'll Do Administration Own NetSuite system administration: user roles, permissions, security, and access controls Manage core process configuration across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity across the instance Manage script deployments, saved searches, workflows, and dashboards Own the SuiteApp/bundle ecosystem — evaluate, install, configure, and maintain third-party integrations Development Design, build, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other platforms (Shopify, Shipstation, Amazon, EDI, and other wholesale/marketplace channels) Build custom workflows, scripts, and automations that reduce manual work across order management, inventory, and fulfillment Design and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and saved searches to support evolving business needs Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into the business Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and eCommerce teams to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions Manage inventory and reconciliation workflows across systems (NetSuite + Shopify) with high accuracy Document processes, configurations, and customizations for internal knowledge continuity Provide training and support to end users across departments What You Bring Required 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience 4+ years of NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript 2.x required; 1.0 a plus) Strong understanding of NetSuite's data model, workflows, and core modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management) Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST web services, and RESTlets Proven experience integrating NetSuite with eCommerce platforms (Shopify strongly preferred) and/or marketplaces Strong SQL and data analysis skills Ability to independently scope, build, test, and deploy solutions from a business requirement Excellent troubleshooting instincts — comfortable being the person who digs in when something breaks You'll thrive here if you: Like owning a system end-to-end rather than just ticketing through requests Can move fluidly between admin housekeeping and serious development work Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders Are energized by a fast-moving business Why Makesy You'll have direct influence over the systems backbone of a company operating across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels — with real autonomy to shape how NetSuite evolves as we grow. This isn't a role where you inherit a static system; it's one where you help build it.
