- Grow together Duties Assist with the installation, configuration, and repair of PLC systems across various manufacturing lines.
Support the programming of PLCs using ladder logic (LD) and other engineering programming languages to automate machinery and robotic systems. Contribute to the configuration and troubleshooting of human-machine interface (HMI) systems for seamless operator interaction. Help interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to industrial electrical systems and controls. Collaborate with engineering teams on robotics projects involving Fanuc robotic systems and industrial robotic integration. Participate in the testing and validation of automation equipment, including vision inspection systems and distributed control systems (DCS). Assist in troubleshooting industrial equipment issues by analyzing system faults and implementing effective solutions aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Enrolled in or recent graduate of an engineering program with coursework or experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), PLC programming, and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of ladder logic (LD), industrial controls, schematics reading, and electrical schematic interpretation. Experience with robotics engineering concepts, particularly Fanuc robotic systems or similar automation platforms. Basic understanding of industrial networks, electrical systems, tooling, machining, and blueprint reading. Proficiency in programming in engineering environments; familiarity with SolidWorks or vision inspection systems is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with an eagerness to learn about industrial automation solutions such as HMI configuration and robot programming.
