About the Role We are seeking an on-site DevOps Engineer build and operate the cloud platform behind iClassPro . Our infrastructure spans a multi-account AWS organization, a microservices architecture, and a polyglot codebase (TypeScript, .NET, Rust, PHP/Laravel, Python). As a DevOps Engineer, you'll own meaningful pieces of our infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability tooling — taking a loosely-defined problem ("our RDS costs are climbing," "deploys are flaky for service X"), scoping it, and shipping a solution with minimal hand-holding. What You Will Do Write and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform across our AWS estate — ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS, SQS, S3, and networking (VPC/IPAM) Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions across 90+ repositories — build/test/deploy workflows, reusable actions, and our self-hosted runner fleet — helping teams ship safely and quickly Support our multi-account AWS foundation on AFT (Account Factory for Terraform) / Control Tower — account provisioning, guardrails, and cross-region disaster recovery Build and extend internal tooling — a collection of DevOps CLIs and Lambdas (Rust and Python) for ECS exec, autoscaling, RDS parameter management, SQS inspection, and more Improve observability and reliability with Sentry, Honeycomb, and OpenTelemetry — dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and tracing instrumentation so we catch problems before customers do Operate and tune data infrastructure — RDS (MySQL/Postgres), DMS migrations, and backup/restore tooling Manage secrets and access via AWS IAM and Secrets Manager, following least-privilege practices What You Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering Solid hands-on AWS experience (compute, networking, IAM, RDS, and serverless) Production experience with infrastructure as code — Terraform Strong CI/CD skills , ideally with GitHub Actions Comfortable with Docker and container-based deployment (ECS/Fargate or similar) Competent scripting in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Bash Working knowledge of observability practices — metrics, logs, traces, and alerting Comfortable owning problems end-to-end and communicating clearly in a distributed team What We Bring We believe in taking care of our people.
