Wyetech, LLC is seeking A&R (Analysis & Reporting) Training Developers with strong SIGINT expertise to develop and enhance training programs within the Intelligence Community. Key responsibilities include clarifying and documenting training needs, sourcing content from classified and unclassified domains, and creating detailed training materials involving transcription, translation, and analysis. The role demands proficiency with tools like Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier to develop blended learning experiences and design assessments. Collaboration with instructors, government stakeholders, and contractors is essential to align training with strategic goals. Candidates must have a current TS/SCI + Poly clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and significant expertise in instructional design and intelligence analysis. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives, and material levels. Aid in prioritizing requirements for training development. Conduct research utilizing classified and unclassified domain-specific resources to source authentic language content. Develop training materials encompassing transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises as necessary. Collaborate with instructors, government stakeholders, and contractor developers to design, develop, and document domain-specific training materials. Utilize technology such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier to create blended learning experiences. Collaborate with SIGINT Operations technical experts and other stakeholders to acquire and refine training materials. Design practical evaluations to assess student mastery of learning objectives. Identify and recommend learning applications and tools to enhance training delivery. Work closely with government and contractor instructors and developers to achieve training objectives. Required Qualifications Current TS/SCI +
