Job Description Insight Global is seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong iOS development background for a leading financial services client. This engineer will join a highly visible initiative focused on rebuilding and stabilizing a critical mobile build infrastructure environment. The team supports internal iOS build and merge pipelines that have experienced reliability challenges after a period of limited maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, scripting, and mobile development workflows. This individual will play a key role in improving pipeline health, reducing build failures, introducing automation, implementing code scanning solutions, and modernizing the overall engineering ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges while making a direct impact on developer productivity across the organization.

• Maintain and support iOS build and merge pipelines
• Troubleshoot failing builds and reduce manual intervention
• Improve pipeline reliability, performance, and scalability
• Develop scripts and automation solutions to streamline processes
• Monitor pipeline health and address infrastructure issues
• Implement code scanning and modernization efforts
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience
• Restore and stabilize a critical internal build environment
• Optimize build runners and pipeline execution processes Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong mobile development background with iOS experience
• DevOps engineering experience
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Build pipeline support, maintenance, and optimization
• Scripting experience
• Experience improving automation and engineering processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and stabilize build environments
• Datadog experience
• Automation implementation experience
• CI/CD tooling expertise
• Code scanning/security scanning implementation
• Mobile application build infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting large engineering organizations
