Key Responsibilities Application Integration :

Implement AI-driven features, integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, and write production-ready code to embed intelligence into existing systems.

Model Development :

Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, and neural networks.

Architecture Implementation :

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, configure vector databases, and establish semantic search workflows.

Data Pipeline Management :

Clean, structure, and preprocess large scale datasets to optimize them for model consumption.

Testing & Optimization :

Conduct rigorous testing on AI behavior, monitor parameters (like token usage and temperature), and optimize code for real-time scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Advise leadership on AI capabilities, document system architectures, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

Core Languages :

Mastery of Python (essential for the AI ecosystem) along with proficiency in Java, C++, or

R. AI/ML

Frameworks :

Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-Learn.

GenAI Tools :

Experience using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, and implementing prompt engineering techniques.

Data Management :

Deep understanding of data structures, relational databases, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus).

Cloud & Infrastructure :

Familiarity with deploying AI applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Qualifications Experience :

10+ years in professional software engineering, with 8-9 years dedicated to AI feature implementation or GenAI systems.

MLOps :

Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning models.
