Job Description:

seeking a Data Engineer to play a key role in optimizing a snowflake based Power BI Reporting application. This person will work with technical partners, architects and developers as needed to optimize the performance of the snowflake data queries. The role demands significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project. Our engineering team is innovative, diverse, hardworking, and self-driven. We work in a very dynamic agile environment. The Expertise You Have Bachelor s or master s degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required. 10+ years of experience in implementing data solutions in a Warehouse environment is required Experience of 5 or more years working in Snowflake Expertise in optimizing the performance of snowflake queries Experience in Python Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery Experience in Power BI Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development preferred Experience in AWS preferred Experience in Java API development preferred Experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) Understanding of financial services a plus
