Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with 12 years of experience; or master's degree with 10 years of experience; or PhD with 8 years of experience
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Must have the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- 2 years of
MMIII ICBM
experience- 2 years of experience with specialty engineering such as Interfaces, Nuclear Surety, Requirements and Training
- 2 years of experience modifying or developing technical procedures for hardware and software in support of USAF sustainment and maintenance projects
- 2 years of experience leading small teams consisting of multi-disciplined systems engineering
- 2 years of experience supporting labor estimate development for small program efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field
- Support engineering with TO baseline using an active TODO account and other information resources for military standard
- Experience leading labor estimate development for medium to large labor estimate efforts
- Experience coordinating, preparing for, and conducting peer training on Technical Order and other Systems Engineering subjects.
- Experience as a Systems Integrator
- Experience in all stages of the engineering process from proposal and requirements analysis to verification testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience sustaining engineering data packages to include specifications, drawings, interface documents
- Experience sustaining long term service life systems through application of logistics practices including component performance monitoring, spares/resource monitoring, analytic forecasting, DMSMS, and alternate source/component replacement solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present detailed technical information to senior leadership and external customers
- Must have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Primary Level Salary Range:
$152,900.00- $229,300.
