Role Description The New Business Developer is a full-time, remote role focused on identifying and securing new clients for LandPro's landscaping and maintenance services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential commercial and residential customers, qualifying leads, and conducting virtual meetings or calls to understand their landscaping needs. The role involves preparing proposals, presenting service offerings, and negotiating contract terms in collaboration with internal teams. The New Business Developer will build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, track activities and results in a CRM system, and coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. This position also requires ongoing market research, participation in online networking and industry forums, and regular reporting on sales performance and growth plans. Qualifications Strong Business Development skills for identifying opportunities and growing the client base. Solid Business and Sales skills for managing pipelines, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams. Experience or interest in landscaping, property services, or related industries is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations). Demonstrated client relationship-building skills and a service-oriented mindset. Relevant education or training in business, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
