We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 1 to 2 days a week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration. Day In The Life You are a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in full-stack application development. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams. You advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Who You Are 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript, with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications. Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns. Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to quality software development. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, have comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
