Job Description

Kearney & Company is seeking an Enterprise Lead Developer - OneStream / PPBE to join our team supporting a major Department of the War financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead within a cross‑functional, Kearney‑led team implementing an enterprise OneStream‑based budget formulation capability across multiple Budget Submitting Offices (BSOs). Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To Serve as the technical lead developer for enterprise OneStream design and configuration Translate PPBE and functional requirements into OneStream technical components including workflows, data integrations, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and custom solution logic Develop and maintain enterprise-level architecture, ensuring consistency across five BSOs Build reusable, scalable technical components aligned to approved enterprise standards Partner closely with functional leads to validate technical feasibility and refine requirements Lead development sprints, code reviews, and technical solutioning sessions Configure, test, and optimize OneStream artifacts (C# business rules, SQL scripts, dashboards, data management sequences, cube views, dimensions, and workflow profiles) Ensure full traceability between requirements, technical design, and implemented components Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration challenges Support SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and production cutover Enforce discipline around minimizing customization and maximizing enterprise reuse
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 15 years of relevant technical development experience in financial systems or digital transformation Experience developing solutions in OneStream or comparable EPM platforms Hands-on experience creating business rules, integrations, forms, workflows, and reporting within an EPM environment Ability to translate functional requirements into technical system design Strong technical documentation and solution architecture skills Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications:

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
