RPA Developer

Within this environment, automation plays an important role in increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and supporting critical workflows. As an RPA Developer, you will help design and deliver automations that improve the consistency, reliability, and scalability of business processes. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys turning operational needs into effective technical solutions and partnering with stakeholders to build automations that support real-world outcomes across the business. Responsibilities Build and support unattended bots to improve process efficiency and reliability. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation stability. Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations for business-critical workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automations. Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, SharePoint, and internal enterprise applications.
Salary:
105,000 - 140,000 Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a software developer. 3+ years of experience in RPA development, including building or supporting unattended bots. Hands-on experience with UiPath. Experience working with process owners and gathering requirements from business users. US citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with UiPath Orchestrator. Experience with SharePoint. Experience with C#. Experience integrating automations with APIs.
