How you'll make an impact Develop, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications and IT solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions. Support application installation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver timely, effective resolutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality outcomes. Provide technical guidance, user training, and documentation to support successful adoption. Your background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in software development and application delivery. Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, C++, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or Python. Knowledge of modern development platforms and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Power Apps, GitHub, or MuleSoft. Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and project delivery frameworks such as Agile or PMP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
