In this role you will work directly with a consumer integration team, collaborating with clients around the world to support their mission activities. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph is required.
Responsibilities:
You will manage client integrations with ICAM services, leveraging project management skills to meet deadlines and improve technical procedures. This includes debugging software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes, as well as briefing program and customer leadership on product and implementation details at both technical and functional levels. You will implement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure, while applying methods and standards for documenting enterprise IT architecture. Additional duties include performing software testing and validation, conducting system integration activities across multiple services, supporting CI/CD pipeline activities from requirements gathering through usability sessions, and escalating impediments to program leadership as appropriate.
