We pride ourselves on our culture of creativity, excellence, and product innovation. The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time DevOps Software Developer. In this role, you will perform tasks supporting Navy programs. The successful candidate will have experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, software development, and Linux. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate will be required to hold an active government Secret security clearance. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent STEM field with 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Podman or Docker or Kubernetes.
- Daily user of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI) to automatically compile, run unit/integration tests, and deliver builds
- Experience with Python or Java or C++
- Experience with Linux Operating System
- Ability to obtain a
Secret Clearance Desired Skills:
- Experience with GitLab and a variety of CI/CD pipeline strategies to streamline and accelerate software delivery
- Experience in Automation & DevOps, including CI/CD definition, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, and release pipeline construction.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices and containerized legacy applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals
- Desire to troubleshoot and integrate complex software systems

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
