• Digital Solution Consultant
• with hands-on experience in delivery, digital platforms, and client-facing consulting to support strategic presales and pitch efforts within EPAM's Digital Engagement Practice.

This role will focus on shaping compelling digital solutions across areas such as eCommerce, Digital Experience Platforms, Content Management, MarTech, Loyalty, and AI-enabled digital experiences. The Digital Solution Consultant partners with sales, consulting, and digital delivery teams to translate client needs into practical, differentiated solutions. The role supports the full pursuit lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through proposal development, client workshops, pitch preparation, and solution narrative creation. This role is ideal for a consultant or presales engineer with strong delivery experience who is looking to move deeper into strategic presales, value-based solutioning, and client advisory work, while continuing to build expertise in digital platforms, solution shaping, and complex pursuit orchestration. • Responsibilities
• + Orchestrate the presales process for digital solutions, ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs, business objectives and desired outcomes + Define the target solution direction for each opportunity, identifying the best-fit approach based on client requirements, platform capabilities, delivery feasibility and business value + Partner with sales and senior growth leaders across the pursuit lifecycle, including pursuit planning, RFP responses, pitch presentations and client workshops + Coordinate proposal development by guiding multidisciplinary teams and integrating inputs from consulting, experience design, architecture, engineering, delivery and industry experts into a cohesive client solution + Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, implementation considerations, dependencies, resource needs and delivery approach + Contribute to business case development, value articulation, executive-ready presentations and differentiated solution narratives + Participate in client pitches as a subject matter expert and consultant, presenting proposed solutions and addressing questions related to scope, approach, business value, platform fit and delivery feasibility + Share reusable assets, accelerators, best practices and pursuit learnings that improve team quality, consistency and efficiency •Requirements•+ Five or more years of experience in IT, consulting, digital strategy, delivery management, solution architecture or presales + Experience delivering digital transformation projects, enterprise platform implementations or experience design services + Track record of creating proposal content, solution documentation, implementation approaches, roadmaps, estimates and executive-ready presentations + Understanding of the presales and sales process stages, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development and pitch preparation + Background in project and delivery management, including resource planning, milestone definition, dependency management and risk identification + Knowledge of modern digital tools, including leading commerce, content, digital experience and marketing technology platforms + Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes + Advanced proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet tools, with strong storytelling, business analysis and solution narrative skills •Nice to have•+ Experience with platforms or ecosystems like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack, commercetools, Shopify Plus, Acquia, Drupal or SAP Commerce •We offer•+ Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) + Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) + Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) + Employee Assistance Program + Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions + Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan + Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) + Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year + Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection + Accident Insurance + Employee Discounts + Pet Insurance + Employee Stock Purchase Program + If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program + If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program •This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

The range provided reflects base salary only. Salary range:
