Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Engineer to support a defense-focused technology modernization program delivering collaboration, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for a federal enterprise environment. This position is onsite in Quantico , Virginia. The SharePoint Engineer will develop and maintain SharePoint, Power Platform, and AI-integrated solutions that improve business processes and application lifecycle management. Responsibilities for the SharePoint Engineer include: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and custom SharePoint applications Support AI initiatives and pilot programs utilizing Databricks and Palantir Foundry platforms Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and other Power Platform solutions to streamline business operations Modernize and support application lifecycle management (ALM) processes and best practices Provide support for ad hoc SharePoint and Power Platform projects across the enterprise environment Required Qualifications for the SharePoint Engineer include: 7+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Experience supporting AI, analytics, or data-driven initiatives utilizing Databricks and/or Palantir Foundry Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) processes and methodologies IAT certification such as Security+ or CySA+ Active Secret Clearance Compensation for the SharePoint Engineer includes:

Salary Range:

$100,000-125,000
