Job Description

Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, New York, Louisiana, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a full-time Applications Engineer to join our team in Williston, VT! This position is responsible for providing appropriate, qualified sealing solutions to customers. The Applications Engineer would work closely with our sales team and customers on mechanical seal installations, troubleshooting systems and coordinating services.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers and sales team to troubleshoot and provide sealing solutions Consult with customer on application specific design and possible product improvement Conduct seal failure analysis to identify root cause of seal failure Analyze failed products as required and provide written feedback to internal management Perform other Applications Engineer duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working with Mechanical Seals Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree Proven record of being independently solution driven, professional and positive Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis To learn more, please apply and include a brief cover letter.
