- Responsible for win rates, value monetization, and NPS

- Lead solution architecture design and implementation efforts; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions; Define architectural standards, principles, guidelines, and best practices; Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for solution development; Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements; Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams; Ensure architecture designs meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
