Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Architecture, Data Model, BMIDE, and PLM solution design.
- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, Java, and C++.
- Knowledge of workflow design, access control, organization modeling, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in Teamcenter integrations with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Creo) and enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, and MES.
- Understanding of database management, performance tuning, server architecture, and deployment strategies.
- Ability to define solution architecture, data migration approaches, and upgrade strategies for Teamcenter implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and PLM best-practice consulting skills. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Teamcenter PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Teamcenter solutions.
- Define customization, integration, data migration, and deployment strategies for PLM implementations.
- Review technical designs, ensure coding standards, and guide development teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams during implementation and rollout.
- Ensure solution performance, security, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support upgrades, troubleshoot critical issues, provide technical leadership, and mentor Teamcenter developers and consultants. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited institution in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical degrees
- 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, and solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter modules, BMIDE, Active Workspace (AWC), Workflow, Access Manager, and Product Structure Management.
- Experience with Teamcenter integrations using
ITK, SOA, REST
APIs, and enterprise systems such as SAP/ERP and CAD applications.- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance PLM solutions and support Teamcenter upgrades and deployments.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and PLM best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience guiding technical teams and solution delivery.
