Job Description Job Title:
Technical lead•CAN, Embedded Systems, C++ Location•Lynwood, WA Onsite Job Summary Responsible for leading the technical aspects of application development for embedded systems using C++. Oversee and coordinate the team of developers to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in embedded systems development to drive innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and test embedded systems applications using c++. 2. Define technical architecture and provide guidance on design and implementation decisions. 3. Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and best practices. 4. Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to deliver high-quality, efficient code. 5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet project deadlines and quality objectives. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in c++ programming language for embedded systems development. 2. Strong knowledge of embedded systems concepts, real-time operating systems, and hardware/software integration. 3. Experience in application development for embedded systems, including debugging and optimizing code. 4. Ability to lead a technical team, provide mentorship, and drive collaboration. 5. Excellent communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively. 6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in embedded systems development.
