Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 16 years of relevant experience; 14 years with master's degree; 12 years with PhD Minimum of 10 years of experience technically leading large engineering teams and/or organizations to achieve full system development, end to end integration, testing, and deployment Must have active Secret clearance at time of application Must be US Citizen Must have working knowledge of Agile methodologies. Minimum 5 years of experience in Missile Defense programs Demonstrated background of successfully applying Software Engineering Principles and Operating Practices to guide program technical design, development, and deployment of systems architectures.Preferred Qualifications:
Ten or more years of experience in Missile Defense programs including Fire Control experience. Top Secret/SCI clearance Have familiarity proposal and/or capture experience. Experience leading Agile software program development to include Dev- Ops, AI/ML solution integration, AI/ML/Math/Physics based algorithms, Sensor/ track fusion algorithms, cloud-based solutions.
