  • What you'll do:
  • + Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs focused on AI/ML-enhanced solutions, ensuring scalable and maintainable system design.

+ Oversee development of agentic AI systems, providing architectural guidance across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies.

+ Drive standardization and reuse of architectural patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.

+ Collaborate with Product and Program Management to align roadmaps, milestones, and software product strategy.

+ Cultivate engineering talent through mentorship, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous growth.

+ Ensure technical quality and timely delivery of solutions meeting business objectives.

+ Promote innovation by identifying improvement opportunities and integrating feedback across teams.

  • What you'll bring:
  • + Extensive experience leading software engineering teams with a focus on AI/ML-enhanced solutions and cloud-native technologies.

+ Proven expertise in software architecture, system design, and scalable platform development across multiple programming languages and frameworks.

+ Strong skills in project and program management, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation.

+ Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and competitive trends.

+ Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
