Software Development Manager

Description Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications using a Microsoft technology stack. Drive technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .

Core, C#, and ASP.NET.

• Front-end experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders.
