The Solution Owner is accountable for end-to-end ownership of one or more Sonexus solutions, with primary responsibility for Salesforce-based platforms including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud, ensuring predictable delivery, operational stability, financial stewardship, and strong alignment with business and product partners. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for solution outcomes, reducing fragmented ownership, minimizing escalation-driven delivery, improving consistency of execution, and ensuring build-to-run transitions and run stability are explicitly owned and measurable. This role leads cross-functional delivery teams responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining solutions on a customized Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and hybrid services). The Solution Owner ensures work is planned, governed, delivered, and transitioned to run in alignment with the Sonexus IT operating model, Salesforce best practices, and enterprise SDLC standards.
