Job Description

The Solution Owner is accountable for end-to-end ownership of one or more Sonexus solutions, with primary responsibility for Salesforce-based platforms including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud, ensuring predictable delivery, operational stability, financial stewardship, and strong alignment with business and product partners. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for solution outcomes, reducing fragmented ownership, minimizing escalation-driven delivery, improving consistency of execution, and ensuring build-to-run transitions and run stability are explicitly owned and measurable. This role leads cross-functional delivery teams responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining solutions on a customized Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and hybrid services). The Solution Owner ensures work is planned, governed, delivered, and transitioned to run in alignment with the Sonexus IT operating model, Salesforce best practices, and enterprise SDLC standards. What Commercial Technologies Software Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience. Commercial Technologies Software Engineering develops design options, process improvements and back-end solutions for commercial technologies to maximize performance and suitability for business needs. This job family manages engineering projects and plans for commercial technologies and interfaces with product managers to develop objectives. This job family assesses product systems, identifies opportunities for process and system improvements, and develops solutions through application of engineering principles.
