Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This is a high-impact technology leadership role with a rapidly growing organization entering an exciting phase of advanced development, expansion, and long-term strategic growth. The Director of Technology will lead software development, technology operations, and technical team performance while partnering closely with executive leadership. This opportunity is ideal for a stable, accomplished technology leader who wants visibility, influence, and a meaningful career path beyond a traditional management role. This position offers the potential for significant advancement into a C-level executive or President-level role as the organization continues to scale. Candidates can expect a collaborative leadership environment, strong executive involvement, and the opportunity to help shape technology strategy, team direction, product development, and future business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for technology, software development, systems, infrastructure, and technical operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop programming, development, engineering, and technology teams.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term technology strategy.
  • Oversee advanced development initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Establish best practices for software development, security, scalability, performance, and system reliability.
  • Manage technology priorities, project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
  • Location:
    Shreveport, LA.
  • Compensation:
    $60,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonuses.
  • Compensation is highly competitive and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, leadership capability, technical background, and potential contribution to future growth.
