Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. The Director of Technology will lead software development, technology operations, and technical team performance while partnering closely with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technology, software development, systems, infrastructure, and technical operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop programming, development, engineering, and technology teams.
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term technology strategy.
• Oversee advanced development initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Establish best practices for software development, security, scalability, performance, and system reliability.
• Manage technology priorities, project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication. Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation:

  $60,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonuses.
