Job Description
Overview:
The Manager, Software Development, Engineering & Services within Northwell Health's Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale automation initiatives that improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of healthcare operations. This position provides both strategic and technical leadership across the complete automation lifecycle—from intake, discovery, and solution design through development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The Manager works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and enterprise partners to ensure automation initiatives align with organizational objectives, technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and RPA CoE governance. The role requires strong knowledge of the UiPath platform and enterprise automation practices, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Suite, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Integration Service, Automation Ops, and related intelligent automation capabilities. Preferred Skills- UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional or equivalent advanced UiPath certification.
- UiPath Solution Architect certification or demonstrated enterprise UiPath architecture experience.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Test Suite, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Integration Service, Automation Ops, Automation Cloud, Insights, and Automation Hub.
- Healthcare IT experience supporting clinical, revenue-cycle, financial, or administrative workflows.
- Experience managing globally distributed development, engineering, or support teams.
- Experience implementing RPA governance, reusable automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, production-monitoring capabilities, and enterprise automation standards.
