Job Description
- Position Overview

- Manage multiple development crews and complex Pega delivery initiatives across a major business segment
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Pega engineers and technical leads
- Ensure predictable delivery through effective planning, staffing, and dependency management
- Partner with product, architecture, risk, and operations stakeholders to align Pega solutions to business goals
- Ensure compliance with PNC enterprise risk management, security, and regulatory standards
- Own Pega engineering quality, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement across teams
- Drive adoption of standard SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices within the Pega platform PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
