Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering teams responsible for the governance solutions on Delinea Platform and Fastpath Assure. At Delinea, you will be part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical experience, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of success. This can be a remote/telecommute position based out of your home office. This position reports directly to Vice President, Software Development Engineering.What You'll Do:
Lead engineering teams responsible for the governance solutions on Delinea Platform and Fastpath Assure Oversee development and implementation strategy for key capabilities Ensure alignment of development strategies with overall business objectives Provide technical oversight to ensure quality and scalability of solutions Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges Lead and mentor engineering teams, including hiring, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment Collaborate with engineering leaders and Product Managers to define technical scope of key initiatives Identify opportunities for innovation, and driving continuous improvement in engineering processesWhat You'll Need:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint teams with strong technical and personal skills. 8+ years of professional experience in software development Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management. We'd Love toSee:
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or application access governance and segregation of duties (SoD) for ERP and business applications
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Up to date with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies related to core technologies used in the solution.
