Job Description As an Engineering Manager I, you will coordinate and drive team efforts to deliver software solutions. The Offers team is responsible for building and maintaining real-time event based systems that support the Company's desire to quickly and easily create new bonus mechanics, without input from technical teams. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of software developers with varying experience and skillsets, focusing on people, processes, delivery and governance. You will measure quality and delivery, contribute and drive improvements, maintaining a solid technical understanding of systems and remain close to the solutions being developed.
