Your Responsibilities on the Team Manage a team of mid to senior-level software engineers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges. Lead the planning, development, and delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business objectives . Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team members in their career development. Your Toolbox Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
