$207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. Responsibilities Direct and build a team of individual contributors to re-engineer GCP onboarding. Build the solution as a platform, so that elements of the solution can be rapidly re-packaged to support different GCP products and their onboarding scenarios. Navigate multiple organizations, product areas and align engineering efforts across them. Be responsible for regularly presenting the project's progress to senior leadership. Architect solutions that balance a frictionless user experience with stringent security and compliance requirements. Build, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team capable of touching multiple layers of the GCP/Google identity stack.
