Join a growing software team where your testing expertise will directly impact products used in correctional and public safety environments. As the team's dedicated QA Engineer, you'll own quality across web, mobile, and Windows applications while helping ensure reliable, high-performing software reaches the people who depend on it.

Benefits & Extras Four-day workweek: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Every Friday off with a 36-hour workweek Be the dedicated QA expert with significant ownership and autonomy Work within a fully Agile development environment Test modern .NET and React applications Collaborate with an experienced software leadership team Compensation $75,000-$90,000 annually What You'll Be Doing Execute functional, exploratory, regression, negative, and boundary testing Test web, mobile, and Windows applications Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies Perform API testing and leverage browser developer tools Integrate testing into Git and CI/CD workflows Identify, document, and communicate defects Independently drive QA efforts across the development lifecycle What You'll Need to be Considered Experience testing .NET and React applications Experience with API testing tools, Azure, and Git Familiarity with CI/CD and AI coding agents Bachelor's degree preferred #INDIT
