Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Tester/ QA Automation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of the Client's software products. The management program is a cloud-based system.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing. Perform testing and debugging of new and existing application software. Design, execute, and automate API testing using xUnit and manual testing using Postman. Collaborate with developers and Platform Engineers to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Identify and report defects, track and prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and test automation. Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications. Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize coverage and risk. Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy. Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of Current experience testing applications native to cloud on AWS. 2 years of Experience with AWS services including AWS Lambda. 4 years of Current experience with .NET unit testing frameworks. 4 years of Current experience with End-to-end functional UI automation such as Playwright. 4 years of Current experience with React framework. 4 years of Unit testing concepts with React Testing Library and Jest or similar tools. 4 years of Current experience with Andi and Axe dev Tools for accessibility or similar tools. 4 Years of Experience with testing C# Typescript/JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. 4 years of API testing including API automation, .NET, C#. 4 years of Experience with database systems like Postgres. 4 years of Experience working with version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
