Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to support software quality efforts for a Contract position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role focuses on validating web-based applications through a blend of hands-on manual testing and automated browser testing, helping teams deliver stable and reliable releases. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across issue tracking and support platforms, communicating findings clearly, and contributing to a consistent testing process.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and carry out manual test scenarios to verify application functionality, usability, and overall performance.
  • Build, maintain, and execute Selenium-based browser automation to improve test coverage for web applications.
  • Record defects with clear reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and business impact using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to confirm that updates do not introduce new problems.
  • Review support tickets and reported issues in Zendesk to identify recurring problems and help prioritize testing efforts.
  • Contribute to test documentation, including test cases, test results, and quality status updates for ongoing initiatives.
