Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior QA Specialist with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end testing to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our data-driven applications and platforms. This role requires hands-on experience across Snowflake, Azure, and Selenium, coupled with a strong understanding of ETL pipelines, data validation, and continuous integration environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data pipelines, APIs, and web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system stability and identify bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent tools.
• Validate data transformations and business rules across Databricks and Azure Data Services like ADF .
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to define quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor production releases and assist in root cause analysis for defects and performance issues.

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven ability to perform front-end testing (UI automation, browser compatibility, usability) using Selenium/WebDriver.
• Strong back-end testing experience
• validating APIs, ETL flows, and database-level checks using Databricks and SQL .
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory and Data Lake.
• Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments and test management tools ( JIRA , Azure Test Plans).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to Python-based test automation and Databricks Notebooks.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI validation tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality metrics, and validation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze logs, query large datasets, and support test automation frameworks in a cloud environment.
