Management Analyst (APG) & Engineering Technician (YPG) - Test Support About ITI Solutions, Inc. ITI Solutions, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a strong history of supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, including U.S. Army test and evaluation, modernization, and sustainment initiatives. Founded by a Service-Disabled Veteran, we provide mission-driven expertise in program analysis, engineering support, and operational coordination across critical defense environments. The Opportunity We are seeking Management Analysts and Engineering Technicians to support Abrams Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) . These roles support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and test events by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and analysis throughout the test lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Meeting Support & Coordination:
Attend, plan, and organize Test & Evaluation (T&E) Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and related working groups.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare briefing materials, meeting minutes, analysis reports, and official documentation for dissemination to stakeholders.
Test Event Participation:
Support and attend key events including: Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) T&E IPT and executive/splinter meetings Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) planning groups Proof of Principle Demonstrations Scoring/Assessment Conferences Test Incident Reviews Corrective Action Management Review (CAMR) conferences
Program Assessment:
Participate in Scoring/Assessment Conferences and Test Incident Reviews to evaluate program progress during formal testing events.
Analysis Support:
Assist in tracking test performance, identifying issues, and supporting corrective action processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate across government and contractor teams to ensure alignment throughout test execution. Experience supporting DoD Test & Evaluation (T&E) environments Familiarity with IPTs, TRRs, CAMRs, and RAM processes Strong skills in technical writing, briefing development, and documentation Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited university. Minimum 15 years specialized experience in working with/on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity, working directly with PM offices, and working onsite at military installations.
