NAND ATE
Test Engineer you will lead and support the testing, failure analysis and qualification of various programs using SSD (solid-state drive). A strong candidate will have experience with NAND validation, and reliability testing. You will be part of a world class team of HW Engineers who identify and resolve potential risks for all aspects of NAND qualification and testing, including generating test programs and scripts. stress test rack qualification testing at the system level Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience Experience with memory systems, preferably NAND Experience in coding scripts necessary to enable ATE test solutions Understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals Ability to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer) Experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting Experience with embedded system integration and development Coding experience and understanding of SW FTL Experience with PCIe, SSD controllers and firmware Minimum Qualifications BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience with memory automated test equipment (ATE), including Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent platforms Experience in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Lua, MATLAB, or similar tools Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
