Mid Level Opportunity Summary Join a fast-moving engineering organization building and validating next-generation hardware — from servers and networking equipment to personal computing devices. As part of a collaborative Engineering Services team, you'll play a direct role in product quality before it ever reaches the market. This is a chance to apply deep technical expertise in electronics and systems integration to high-impact, cross-functional projects. Responsibilities Configure and maintain test stations, defining the hardware, software, and procedures needed to validate products under real-world conditions. Execute and refine verification and scale test cases to assess performance, functionality, and scalability, identifying inconsistencies and recommending design or process adjustments. Triage hardware-, software-, and script-related issues by reproducing problems and pinpointing root cause. Document test outcomes, debug findings, and engineering support activities to maintain full traceability. Provide hands-on technical support to cross-functional teams addressing hardware and software issues during scale testing. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of professional experience in hardware development, validation, or manufacturing support. Working knowledge of server systems, networking hardware, and personal computing devices, including diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures. Understanding of computer hardware architecture (PCI-e, USB, system buses) and experience with management protocols such as Redfish or IPMI. Preferred Proficiency with test and measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and soldering/rework equipment. Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for test automation and data analysis. Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, and other communication protocols and standards.
