Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated test scripts, identify defects, and track them through resolution. Participate in regression testing, release validation, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Document test results clearly and communicate findings effectively to project stakeholders. Work closely with the broader AI framework initiatives within and leverage AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency. Required Skills Strong experience as a well-rounded Quality Engineering professional with expertise in: Functional Testing Test Automation Performance Testing Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript. Experience with Reflect. Run is preferred; however, candidates with strong automation fundamentals and the aptitude to learn Reflect. Run will also be considered. Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and proficiency in using AI-powered development and productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor IDE to accelerate testing and delivery. Hands-on experience with performance testing. Experience with K6 is highly desirable, as it is the primary performance testing tool currently in use. Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, test execution, and defect management tools such as Jira and TestRail. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
