Our groundbreaking Fixed Wireless Access technology is delivering fiber-class internet speeds worldwide, bridging the digital divide in ways previously thought impossible. Tarana is seeking a skilled and motivated Integration Test Engineer to join our team to support and enhance our new product testing capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing new hardware, managing regressions, executing comprehensive test plans, and analyzing test results. This position requires a self-starter who can build, maintain, and optimize test stations, ensuring proper configuration for accurate deployment. What you'll be doing: Implement and execute test plans based on design documentation to validate new hardware and FPGA functionality. Work extensively in a hardware lab environment, including setting up and monitoring tests within thermal chambers (ovens/coolers) to validate performance across extreme temperature ranges Manage regression testing and track issues to maintain product quality and reliability. Conduct hardware bring-up for new designs and troubleshoot early-stage hardware and software issues. Build, maintain, and manage test stations using automation tools like Ansible, ensuring they meet specified configurations for test accuracy. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to understand requirements and review test results. Track and deploy appropriate software versions, part numbers, revisions, and test versions to ensure accurate test configurations. Maintain Python scripts for automating tests and analyzing results, enabling efficient and reliable test processes. Debug and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment to support product development timelines. Synthesize complex test data into concise, high-level status reports and "Go/No-Go" summaries to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into product health and release readiness
